In 1995, when David and Ann Woosley opened the doors to All Events Rental Station, Inc. in Springfield, MO, they brought over 20 years of rental industry experience to Southwest Missouri. Since that time, the business has grown to be one of the largest tent and event rental equipment suppliers in Missouri, serving event production specialists all over the United States. What are your showroom hours?

All Events Rental is open 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.

What are your hours of delivery?

Normal delivery hours are the same as showroom hours. Deliveries can be made at other times, but additional charges may apply.

What if we decide to add more equipment or change an order?

Changes may be made up to 24 hours prior to delivery.

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

No.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery and pick-up during office hours in the Springfield costs $40 (fee includes both). Inside Springfield there is no charge a delivery
if the order has any of the following: tents, stages, dance floors, or
gazebos. Specific time and after-hours deliveries/pick-up fees are additional. Deliveries outside the Springfield area are additional.

Do your crews set up the equipment?

No. Installation may be done for an additional fee.

 What should we do with dishware before we return it?

Make sure that all dishware is free of food and beverage particles and placed back in original delivery crates. Otherwise, overtime charges may apply.

Do you rent tents?

We have tents of all shapes and sizes available. We also offer on-site consultations for specific tents at no charge. Please see the 'Tents and Accessories' for more information and call us for details.

How much space is required for a sit-down dinner?

Count on 18 square feet per person.

How much space is required for a sit-down buffet?

Count on 20 square feet per person.

How much space is required for a stand-up cocktail party?

Count on 12 square feet per person.

How many glasses and cocktail napkins do I need per guest?

Allow for 3 glasses and cocktail napkins per person for a cocktail party.
